By accessing or using CyberSafe, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree to any terms, please discontinue using the application immediately.

3. Use of the Application

CyberSafe is provided as a one-time purchase application for lifetime use. Users are responsible for keeping their login information and passwords secure. CyberSafe is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. Privacy and Security

CyberSafe is committed to protecting your privacy. All account information stored in the application is encrypted with AES and not stored outside your device. We do not have access to your personal data and do not share your information with any third parties.

5. Backup and Restore

CyberSafe allows you to back up and restore your data using encrypted files. You are responsible for protecting your backup file and keeping it in a safe place. CyberSafe is not responsible for any data loss arising from backing up or restoring data.

Duc's App Lab, Ind. reserves the right to update or modify the CyberSafe application and these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application after any changes implies acceptance of those changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

CyberSafe is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Duc's App Lab, Ind. be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
